What is Club Otium?
It is the new loyalty system of all the new Otium machines, which serves to reward our customers.

How can I belong to Club Otium?
To belong to Club Otium you will have to ask for your physical card in any of the casinos where you play. In the near future you will only have to download an app and register in every casino where you want to play.

What benefits do I gain by belonging to Club Otium?
Many! By simply playing you win Otiums (Otium points), which you can Exchange for cash prizes, that will be added to your credit balance. You can also participate in sweepstakes, and in the near future, you will be able to receive information on special promotions, news, etc.

How can I redeem my Otiums?
Through the button "Club Otium" you can directly redeem your Otiums for cash prizes that will be added to your credit balance.

How much can I win?
There is no limit. All Otiums you get can be redeemed for credits. The more points you earn the better the cash prizes. You have 6 options ranging from 2500 Otiums to 100,000 Otiums, which you can repeat as many times as you want.

Does it cost something to belong to the Otium club?
No, it's totally free.

Is it possible to make the exchange within the Match: Extra Ball?
No, you can only do it at the end of the game.

I lost the card, what happens to my Otiums?
Cards are anonymous for player privacy. The “name” field is in a personal capacity and is introduced by the player by hand.
Optional: Only in the case that the player asks us to do so, the player will be able to associate his / her full name (the one that appears in the identity card) with the number of the card. In that case, in case of loss of card, the casino staff can replace the card with the player's identification. 
Therefore, an unidentified lost card will result in the total loss of the Otiums, so we recommend registering it.

Can anyone use my points?
Yes, if you lose the card, the finder can redeem your points. We do not ask for Password because we consider that it can become very annoying for the player to introduce a PW every time a session is activated. This means that we have to be careful with the cards in the same way that we would be careful with a credit card.

Do I have to leave the card permanently in the zone enabled in the machine?
NO, the cards are contactless and once you activate the Otium club you can then keep the card. In fact it is what we recommend to avoid possible losses or thefts.

How can I check my accumulated points and my card movements?
Each time you activate the card on the top screen shows you the points you have. On the other hand, if you want to consult what to do with the points, just touch the Club Otium button. The movements of the cards can be consulted later through the Club Otium button and through the WEB.

Can my points expire?
No, you can redeem them the moment you choose.

Does the Club Otium have any relationship with the Casino promotions?
NO, it is totally independent of the promotions made within the Casino.

How much money do I need to earn points?
Just by playing you generate points. The machine calculates the points to be awarded depending on the bet, the denomination and the time played.
